Cancellation Policy
**Cancellation and No-Show Policy for Glow and Go**
At Glow and Go, we strive to provide the best possible service and experience for all of our clients. To ensure that we can accommodate everyone effectively, we have implemented the following cancellation and no-show policy:
- **Late Cancellations:** Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the total service cost.
- **No-Show:** If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice (no-call, no-show), you will be charged 50% of the total service cost.
